The U.S. Supreme Court Paves the Way for Green Cards for Same Sex Spouses
Published: July 1, 2013 This past week the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, a federal law that defined marriage as a union between a man and a woman and effectively de-legitimized same sex marriage.
