Secured U Visa and later green card for long time undocumented resident from Mexico. After submitting I-485 AOS application, US DHS/CIS Vermont Service Center issued Notice of Intent to Deny requesting an additional I-693 Medical Exam to be submitted and evidence of rehabilitation. Green card issued following presentation of response consisting of thorough documentation, including psychological evaluation and other evidence of rehabilitation.
