Long time green card holder from Mexico was returning from overseas visit but stopped at airport due to old narcotics possession conviction. Following appearance at CBP for deferred inspection at local DHS field office, green card returned and resident allowed entry finding the conviction at issued was not a prohibited one under governing federal immigration statute.
