Large midwest home health care company petitions 6 registered nurses, 5 physical therapists, and 4 I.T. professionals from the Philippines and India for temporary visas and permanent residence. U.S. Embassy processed immigrant visas allowing R.N.’s entry as green card holders. Physical therapists, I.T. network administrators and system analysts enter on H-1B visas and later adjust to green card status via I-485 applications.
