Polish citizen Client’s marriage based green card filing was initially due to allegation that her previous marriage was entered into solely for immigration purposes. After being presented with voluminous evidence substantiating the bona fides of the subject marriage DHS/CIS reversed its own decision and Immigration Judge approved new green card filing.
