Waved through by officials at border, false claim to US citizenship finding reversed

Client from Poland was waved through the border while in a car, although she was not in possession of documents. DHS/CIS Field Office denied marriage based application due to a finding that the client asserted false claim to US citizenship. Immigration heard testimony and concluded otherwise, granting client her 10 year permanent green card.
