Green card and I-601 Waiver of Inadmissibility approved for marriage based applicant

Applicant residing with U.S. citizen spouse in the U.K. for many years needed to live in U.S. so his citizen spouse could receive critical medical treatment. Previous criminal and fraud charges of ineligibility were overcome and client’s I-601 Waiver of Inadmissibility and green card applications were approved, and green card was issued.
