F-1 visa holder from Kenya married a U.S. citizen but had been accidentally registered to vote although he displayed his foreign passport as I.D. Initial filing denied, motion to reconsider denied green card application. Federal court lawsuit leads to green card issuance after finding there was no false claim to U.S. citizenship. Application for Naturalization eventually was approved and he is now a U.S. citizen.
