Green Card Renewal
Immigration Services for Individuals, Including Families & Marriage Based Applicants
A Green Card must be renewed every ten years via the I-90 form. Individuals who obtain U.S. residency on a conditional basis, such as those who are issued their Green Card by way of a marriage that is less than two years old, must file form I-751 to remove the conditional basis within the 90 day period leading up to the expiration of the card. Foreign nationals who naturalize and become citizens of the U.S. need not ever worry about expired Green Cards since they no longer have the status of lawful permanent resident.
For assistance with the green card renewal process, contact the Law Offices of Richard Hanus today.
